Self-awareness is key to building your business as well as spending time with God. Your vision matters and there is so much in store for you. Although, there are many resources out there and it may be "easier" to pay for a coach; sometimes, you need to figure out your why and take your vision back to God. You have to ask yourself questions to be able to press forward. What is your purpose? What are your gifts? and so on. This is why creating your culture before you get a team is so important. Now is the time where you can take a look in detail at everything so that when God does send you the people you need, you already have a clear vision of what it needs to look like. Once you figure out why you were created then you will have more clarity. You don't have to build the way others build and that is why God gave you a unique calling and purpose.
